Adapter plate for connecting railings to the TP F100 profile. Suitable for railing components of sizes 7 and 8 – 1 1/4‘ and 1 1/2’ tubes.

The Sikla injection system VME plus is a universal resin injection system for anchoring into coated concrete surfaces in LAU systems (use in existing facilities in connection with WHG surfaces with 'StoCretec WHG System 2', 'Sikafloor water protection system 390N', 'MasterTop 1278' und 'ALKADUR HR LF'). The Resin VMU-A is used for anchoring in WHG surfaces. It can also be used for cracked and non-cracked concrete. To be used with a Resin Anchor Rod VMU-A or a standard threaded rod with proof of strength (approval certificate 3.1). The slow hardening of the injection resin enables a long processing time. The dispenser is used to press the mortar components through the Mixing Nozzle into the drill hole. The injection adhesive cures and gives a secure fastening to the base material. The VME plus does not shrink during curing, resulting in a very tight seal. The VME plus is approved for use under seismic action according to the performance categories C1 and C2.

Connection element for suspended pipe supports.

Provides for easy cutting of grooved M8 and M10 Pressix Rods. Sawing and time-consuming chamfering of threads is no longer required; the thread is not damaged. Note: To be used for Pressix Rods exclusively!

The Rod Hanger Load Chain Assembly group connects components in the load chain with their counterparts, such as lugs, eye-plates and Pipe Clamp Stabil Form C LK.

Pipes up to NB 50 may be attached to trapezoidal metal sheet roofings. For devices or ducts, a load comparable to a NB 50 pipe is used for each holder for proving permissibility. Should it be necessary to fix larger loads, the respective load is to be distributed uniformly between several hangers, e.g. by way of a crossbar. The individual load for each hanger may not exceed the load exerted on a pipe of NB 50. Fixing several pipes to a crossbar is not permissible in such circumstances. Types RM8 and RM10 provide subsequent height adjustment; their revolving knurled nut is safely retained, thus preventing any accidental unscrewing. Type MS is equipped with a sound absorption unit with integrated and secured distance sleeve for soundproof installation according to DIN 4109.

The HCP-surface of the Rod Coupling in combination with other HCP-components guarantees a consistent corrosion protection for all individual parts. During assembly the Rod Coupling has to be locked with two hexagon nuts (not included in scope of delivery).
