Guided support for attachment of steel or stainless steel pipes DN 15 to DN 300 on steel beams
Suitable for beam widths of 80 to 300 mm and max. flange thickness of 20 mm
Assembly design changes from DN 65 onwards
Preassembled Guided Support including contact corrosion protection by means of a U-bolt sheath and slide bearers. U-bolt with welded-on semi-washers and 2 hex nuts to secure position.

Position the preassembled clamping hooks onto the beam flange and tighten the nuts (to 10 Nm).
DN 15 - 50: For beam width < 100mm both nuts of the PA bearing block in the middle have to be removed. Fasten U-bolt to U-Bolt fixing plate by means of the included nuts (to 15 Nm) The pipe slides directly on the PA bearing blocks. Axial guiding of the pipe is ensured by the U-bolt.
DN 65 - 300: For beam width < 100mm the 4 nuts of the PA bearing block have to be removed. Fasten U-bolt to the clamping hooks with the included nuts (to 15 Nm). The pipe slides directly on the PA bearing block. Axial guiding of the pipe is ensured by the U-bolt.
