General Information

Quick assembly system for attaching pipe clamps and other components to the siMetrix Profile PRO 46. It is self-retaining thanks to the shape, but can still be easily moved by hand. Easy height adjustment due to 10 mm spaced grooves which allow easy shortening with the Rod Cutter PBC without sawing or re-cutting threads.

Certification

This product has been awarded the RAL quality mark "Pipe Supports" and is subject to continuous external monitoring according to RAL GZ-655.

Installation

Snap the Blockset onto the profile, then tighten the connecting element with a lock nut. To disassemble, loosen the lock nut and press on the shoulder (highest point) of the blockset upper part and pull it off the profile. Pressix rod secured against unscrewing.

Tightening torque: 15 Nm
