Application
The Sikla Air-Conditioning Support Kits are designed for the rapid assembly and installation of wall-mounted supports for air-conditioning units, ventilators, split systems or similar loads.
Each kit is supplied in a box containing all the necessary parts, with the exception of anchors - max. diameter 10 mm - to be determined according to the nature of the mounting wall structure and to be ordered separately. Versions of the kits are available with or without vertical channel sections and sound-absorbers, and are offered in both standard electro-galvanised and epoxy finish.
Precise height and depth adjustments can be easily made during installation. The serrated inner edges of the 41/41 channels and cantilever brackets combined with the grooved channel nuts ensure a totally secure installation with no risk of slipping or displacement of the support under loading or due to machine vibrations.
Configuration
Kits supp 570/ 570 E and 445/ 445 E:
- 2 Vertical channel sections 41/41/2.5 (L. 500 mm) with end caps
- 2 Cantilever brackets Pressix CC 41/41/2.5 (with exclusive CC 41 fast-mount system) and end caps
- 4 Sound-absorbers CC M8 (with exclusive CC 41 fast-mount system)
- 1 Plastic bag containing 4 holding brackets for M10 anchor fixings, and 4 M8 washers and nuts for mounting the air-conditioning unit on the sound absorbers.
Kits clim 570 i/ 570 iE and 445 i/ 445 iE:
- 2 Cantilever brackets 41/41/2.5 with mounted end caps
- 4 Sound-absorbers CC M8 (with exclusive CC 41 fast-mount system)
- 1 Plastic bag containing 4 holding brackets for M10 anchor fixings, and 4 M8 washers and nuts for mounting the air-conditioning unit on the sound absorbers
Kits clim 570/ 570 E and 445/ 445 E:
- 2 Cantilever brackets 41/41/2.5 with mounted end caps
- 1 Plastic bag containing 4 M8 speed nuts and 4 M8 x 30 bolts for mounting the air-conditioning unit.
Kits supp 40/ 40 E:
- 2 Vertical channel sections 41/21/1.5 (L. 500 mm) with mounted end caps
- 2 Cantilever brackets Pressix PAK 27/30 (pre-assembled with exclusive CC 41 fast-mount system and end caps)
- 1 Plastic bag containing 4 fast-mount Pressix 30 M8 blocks, 4 washers and 4 M8 x 30 bolts for mounting the air-conditioning unit.
Add-on options:
- Sound-absorption kit containing 4 M8 absorbers, 8 M8 washers and nuts
- Wall-mounting kit including 4 M10 holding brackets, 4 M10 drive plugs (for concrete) and 4 M10 x 40 bolts.
